1. About these terms

These terms apply when you pay Reai AS (“ReAI”) through a payment link or another online checkout solution. The payment may cover a subscription to ReAI’s cloud-based accounting software, onboarding and support services, other agreed digital services, or an invoice issued by ReAI.

These terms govern the online payment itself. The agreement, order or invoice associated with the payment sets out matters such as the price, delivery and payment deadline. If there is a conflict, the specific agreement, order or invoice takes precedence over these general terms unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

ReAI is responsible for the service and acts as the payee:

  • Legal name: Reai AS
  • Norwegian organisation number: 935 606 403
  • Registered business address: Lørenvangen 23A, 0585 Oslo, Norway
  • Customer contact address: Almeveien 28, 0855 Oslo, Norway
  • Email: post@reai.no
  • Phone: +47 407 34 212

Contact us as soon as possible if you have questions about a payment, believe the amount is incorrect or do not recognise the transaction.

3. How and when payments are processed

The amount, currency and available payment method are shown in the checkout before you approve the payment. By approving it, you instruct the payment provider to authorise and process the transaction. The amount is normally reserved or charged immediately unless the checkout, invoice or agreement states otherwise.

ReAI records the payment when we receive confirmation from the payment provider. You receive confirmation in the checkout, by email or through another agreed channel. A declined or interrupted payment does not satisfy the payment obligation. Any fees or exchange rates charged by your card issuer or bank are governed by your agreement with them.

A payment method is stored or used for future or recurring charges only where there is an express contractual basis and you have been informed about it.

4. Payment providers and other third parties

ReAI uses Adyen N.V. as its technical payment service provider. Depending on the selected payment method, processing may also involve your bank, card issuer, card network, an acquirer or a digital-wallet provider.

These parties may perform authorisation, settlement, security checks and fraud prevention. ReAI remains responsible for its own products and services and, as the payee, for following up the payment with you.

5. Prices, taxes and currency

The amount payable, including VAT where applicable, appears in the order, agreement, invoice or checkout. Payment is processed in the displayed currency. Your bank or card issuer may convert currencies or charge fees that ReAI does not control.

6. Delivery and service fulfilment

ReAI supplies digital services. Access, onboarding, subscriptions, support or other services are provided at the time and under the terms stated in the specific agreement or order. No physical goods are shipped unless expressly agreed.

Where a payment link relates to an invoice for a service already supplied, the payment settles that invoice and does not trigger a new delivery. A payment confirmation shows that the transaction has been received for processing; it does not alter the underlying agreement or invoice.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Cancellation or termination of a subscription or service is governed by the relevant customer agreement. Cancellation normally applies prospectively and does not by itself entitle you to a refund for a period or service already supplied. Digital services cannot be physically returned.

Contact us if you paid the wrong amount, paid twice, have a credit balance or believe an agreed service was not supplied. Include the invoice or transaction reference. We assess the request under the agreement and applicable law. An approved refund is sent without undue delay to the original payment method where possible. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.

Mandatory rights, including any applicable right to withdraw or to obtain a price reduction, termination or repayment, apply regardless of these terms. If you dispute an invoice, contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate.

8. Privacy, data storage and sharing

To process and document a payment, ReAI may handle your name, contact and billing details, amount, currency, selected payment method, payment status, transaction reference, and information necessary for security and fraud prevention.

Adyen and the other payment participants process payment information in accordance with their own legal obligations and privacy terms. ReAI does not normally receive the full card number or security code. Information is shared only where necessary to process the payment, handle a refund or dispute, maintain accounting records, prevent misuse or meet legal obligations. It is retained for as long as required by the purpose and applicable accounting, documentation or limitation rules.

For more information about personal data and cookies, read ReAI’s privacy policy .

9. Security and unsuccessful payments

The checkout may require an identity or security check, such as approval from your bank. ReAI or the payment provider may decline, suspend or investigate a transaction because of a technical error, missing authorisation, suspected misuse, or a requirement from a bank, card network or authority. Contact us if the payment status is unclear before trying again.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the payment solution, services or legal requirements change. The version published when the payment was made applies to that transaction. The date above shows when this version took effect.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disagreement should first be raised with ReAI so that we can try to resolve it. If it remains unresolved, it may be brought before the Norwegian courts. These terms do not restrict mandatory rules on governing law, venue or consumer protection.
